This year’s theme “Leading the Change: Women Shaping a Sustainable Future” shows that sustainability goes beyond the environment. It includes values that are essential to protecting human rights. Women advancing fair housing, education, economic opportunity, and civic engagement are shaping systems that uphold dignity, justice, and progress for all.

The Spirit of Giving

2 Corinthians 9:6-7 presents the principle of sowing and reaping: those who give sparingly will reap sparingly, while those who give generously will reap generously. Giving should be heartfelt, not done reluctantly or under compulsion, for God delights in those who give cheerfully. This teaching reinforces the importance of attitude and motivation in generosity.
