August Stewardship Message

Working Wholeheartedly for the Lord

Colossians 3:23–24 reminds believers that every task, whether great or small, should be done with wholehearted devotion as an act of worship to God rather than seeking the approval of people. When we serve with sincerity, excellence, and faithfulness, we reflect Christ in our work and honor Him through our actions. As followers of Christ, we are encouraged to remain diligent and steadfast, knowing that our true reward comes from the Lord, who sees our faithful service and has promised an eternal inheritance to those who serve Him.

Tuesday Morning Prayer Group Words of Wisdom Quote:

Back-to-School Drive and Distribution: Donate back-to-school supplies to help children attend school. Distribution to take place August 30^th. If you would like to donate monetarily instead, the office and Education ministry members are available to receive those funds.

Weekly Bible Study:  August 13^th, 19^th, and 26^th. Reach out to Cecil Haney for more information.

Community Yard Sale: August 22^nd. 9am - 3pm, Rain or Shine. Reach out to Sheila Williams if you are interested in helping, donating, or vending. 

Scamming and Digital Awareness: August 22^nd after the Community Yard Sale. Reach out to JT Bolton if you are interested in attending. 

Family and Friends: Save The Date: Family and Friends Day will take place Sunday, November 15^th. Meetings for planning will take place every Sunday immediately after service beginning August 23^rd.
